hello, is it possible to institute proceedings against members for breach of a self-help group’s constitution? the self-help group is registered as such.
Hello Njoki , a constitution adopted by the members of the same common group is binding to members within it, and in accordance to set out rules in the said constitution if a member breaches the rules then you can institute proceedings in accordance to your set out penalties.
